At Archies Footwear, we want to ensure your feet are perfectly supported, which is why we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or feel of your footwear, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the footwear in its original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new pair within 3-5 business days.
